On June 13-15, 2024 the annual International Scientific and Technical Conference "Modern Structures of Metal and Wood" was held, dedicated to the issues of modern steel constructions of buildings and structures; implementation of innovative solutions in the design, installation and serviceability of load-bearing and enclosing structures made of metal, wood and plastic; wooden housebuilding, etc.

On June 13 at 11:00 a plenary meeting was held online on the Meet platform. The conference moderator was the head of the Department of Metal, Wooden and Plastic Structures Oleksander Gilodo . The conference was opened by the rector of the academy Anatolii Kovrov  with a welcoming speech. The recording of the reports can be viewed on video.
